AMF quick release / power clamp

Advantages of toggle lever principle:

• Wide and fast opening of the tensioner.
• Complete exposure and unimpeded removal of the workpiece.
• The high final ratio brings great clamping forces with little effort.
• The self-locking in the clamping position prevents the opening of the tensioner by machining forces.

Quality features:

The full rationalization success includes a quick release design, which remains fully functional even after years of use. AMF quick releases have ample sized rivets that run from size 2 in case hardened bushings. The sizes 0 and 1 have due to space reasons no bearing bushes. All tensioner parts are galvanized before assembly. The tempered and galvanized pressure screw (strength class 8.8) can be quickly adjusted by sliding nut or special nut. A large number of quick releases are available as "stainless steel" version. Please refer to the catalog pages 47 to 56. The AMF quick release clamps are designed for an ambient temperature of -10 ° C to + 80 ° C and are free of substances harmful to paint wetting.
